Welcome to WildMethod and the Easy AV App!
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Easy AV mobile application (“App”) and the wildmethod.app website (“Site”), operated by WildMethod LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By using our App or Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our App or Site.
1. Who Can Use Our App and Site
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App or Site.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or contacting us.

You agree to use the App and Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate any laws or the rights of others.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary information from the App or Site
Use the App or Site to harass, abuse, or harm others
Interfere with the security or operation of the App or Site
Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
Some features require creating an account and/or a subscription (including Pro features or ad removal).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
All purchases are final except where required by law or app store policies.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, Site, logos, content, and all related intellectual property are owned by WildMethod LLC or our licensors.
You may not use our branding, images, or code without our permission.
5. User Content
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or content:
You grant us the right to use, modify, and display your content to improve our services
You must have the right to share any content you submit
6. Disclaimers
The App and Site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App or Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Calculators, guides, and reference tools are for informational purposes only. Always double-check critical calculations and follow applicable safety codes and regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
WildMethod LLC and its team are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your use (or inability to use) the App or Site, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or equipment damage.
8. Third-Party Services
The App and Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as Google AdMob or analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App or Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in the App, on our Site, or by email. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
